Dane Ross, Founder & Director of Apothecary Coffee, has worked in the coffee industry for over two decades. From humble beginnings learning to make coffee in cafes and event management in five star hotels moving to managing more notable cafes in Sydney over the years. In 2016, Dane decided it was time to go out on his own. This is when Apothecary Coffee was born.  Dane has a passion not only for coffee of course but also for delivering exceptional customer service and quality and bringing these to our local community.

Dane’s favourite coffee is a rarity; Panama, Hacienda La Esmeralda, washed Geisha. The high altitude, slow maturation, and bean varietal make for a perfectly sweet and floral drop of coffee, a must try if you ever come across it.
